Platinum Plus Warranty Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
US Tarp, Inc. guarantees customer satisfaction of all US Tarp products sold by Fleet Discount Parts. US Tarp will assure that each and every customer is provided with the highest level of service and respect and guarantees to do everything possible to satisfy all requests within our guidelines.

What is covered
All US Tarp covering systems, parts, components, and tarps sold by Fleet Discount Parts are covered against defects in material and operation as well as defects in workmanship.

The term of coverage is as follows:
1) Systems, components, and parts are covered for a period of 90 days against defects in material and operation and for a period of one year against defects in workmanship.
2) Tarps are covered for a period of 30 days against defects in material and operation and defects in workmanship.
3) Motors are covered for a period of 3 years against defects in material and operation and defects in workmanship.

The warranty is valid for all customers, if the product is installed according to the installation instructions and used for the products intended use.

US Tarps’ obligation to customer satisfaction under this warranty begins with repair, or at its option, replacement of any part under warranty. If within the first 90 days of delivery, every option to satisfy the customer’s needs has been exhausted, the customers original purchase price will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee upon the return of undamaged products that have not been altered, modified, or subject to misuse or negligence and are shipped in there original packaging with a copy of the original packing slip and invoice.

What is not covered
US Tarp, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for damages of any kind or nature to person, product, property, or other consequential damages.

This warranty does not apply the following:
Non-standard covering system designs or applications.
Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or abuse.
Damage caused by chemical or environmental exposure.
Damage due to lack of the proper circuit breaker.
Consequential losses or damage to equipment or materials.
Consequential expenses such as labor, delays, vehicle downtime, loss of revenue, etc.
Warranty of the gear motor is void if the motor end bell or gearbox has been opened or cracked.
Repair / Replacement procedure.
All returns for warranty purposes must be assigned a return authorization number prior to return of the defective product and shipping must be prepaid by the customer to US Tarp. US Tarp will replace or repair any warrantable product and prepay the return freight to the customer. If express freight is requested, customer will pay the addition freight charge.

US Tarp retains the final judgment that a product under warranty is, in fact defective.

US Tarp, Inc. products are sold without any expressed or implied warranty except as set forth above.

No person is authorized to modify the preceding warranty in any manner.

Return Policy

Any unused part or system can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. All unused
parts or systems ordered more than 30 days prior will be covered under the Platinum Plus
Warranty (Please go to the Warranty for orders older than 30 days). All parts returned
under the Return Policy must be unused, in the original packing, and accompanied by a
copy of the order receipt and the packing slip. All returns must have a confirmed RMA #
clearly marked on the outside of every package. Any package that arrives at our dock
without a valid RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. Refused
packages will automatically be returned to the sender, who will be responsible for freight in
both directions. To receive a confirmed RMA # fill out the form below and click on the
submit button. The form will be e-mail to us and we will e-mail a RMA # within 1 business
